Description:

Holidays are stressful in the best of times, but when a loved one suffers from addiction, the stress levels for everyone involved have the potential to elevate to new heights. However, with an appropriate plan in place specific for your situation and family, your holiday doesn’t have to be a disaster. In this workshop, we will cover: relapse signs, triggers, dealing with difficult relatives, self-care, boundaries and help creating a plan for your holiday and much more.

This workshop is appropriate for any family member of someone suffering from addiction regardless of your current situation whether the loved one is in a treatment program, has left a program, is at risk of relapse and/or currently using.
