Wednesdays at 10:30 AM have become one of our favorite hours — a room full of postpartum moms reconnecting to their bodies, rebuilding strength, and remembering what it feels like to feel supported.

We’re continuing our Postpartum Strength & Movement Series through December 17th
Small group. Gentle progression. Real community.

If you’re craving movement that meets you where you are, this space is for you.

This Thanksgiving, we’re pausing to give thanks for the quiet strength our bodies show every day — the way they carry us through change, healing, motherhood, and movement.

Whether you’re lifting a turkey, chasing a toddler, or simply taking a deep, grounding breath, take a moment to appreciate what your body does for you.
Here’s to grace, gratitude, and gentle movement — today and always. 🧡

Why movement matters during cancer recovery.

Even short walks or light stretching can boost circulation, energy, and mood.

🌞 It’s not about pushing limits it’s about reconnecting with what feels good and possible today.

Core strength isn’t just about six-packs or crunches. It’s about the deeper system, your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and deep abdominals working together.

💡 When these muscles sync, you move with strength and ease.

Soreness isn’t a badge of honor, it’s just one response to stress.

Real progress happens when you train consistently, listen to your body, and recover well.

Your body just accomplished something incredible, creating life.

Pushing to exercise or get back to the gym too soon can slow your healing.

🌙 Rest is productive. It’s where your body repairs, restores, and regains strength.

How you stand and sit changes how your pelvic floor works. A tucked pelvis or slouchy shoulders can weaken your core connection over time.

Try a little reset: roll your shoulders back, find your breath, and lengthen tall. Small changes, big results.

Pain isn’t weakness—it’s information. It’s your body whispering before it has to shout.

Listen early. Healing is easier when you start small and stay curious.

Before you chase strength, build control.

Stability work trains your smaller, deeper muscles to protect your joints and improve movement.

Think of it as the scaffolding your strength is built on.

It’s when your abdominal muscles stretch and separate during pregnancy.

Its totally normal and can be healed with the right guidance.

Healing your core starts with gentle, intentional movement (and no, endless crunches aren’t the answer).

Your pelvic floor isn’t just about childbirth,it’s the foundation of your core. It supports your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs, and even stabilizes your hips and spine.

When it’s balanced, you move and feel better in everything you do.

Don’t let spooky posture haunt you! 👻

Between candy bowls, costume prep, and trick-or-treating with little ones, your back and core can feel the fright.

A few friendly tips to keep your body happy this Halloween:

🎃 Bend at your knees - not your back - when lifting kids or pumpkins.
🕸 Take stretch breaks between candy hand-outs.
🍬 And remember: your pelvic floor doesn’t need to clench in fear; relax and breathe!

Here’s to treats without tricks for your body. 💀✨
