From Surviving to Thriving: An 8-Week Spring Reset

This is for the person who hit their lowest point this winter.

Mentally.
Emotionally.
Physically.

You kept going.
You showed up.
You survived.

But surviving isn’t the same as thriving.

Even though the light is at the end of the tunnel…
you’re not fully there yet.

You still feel heavy.
Foggy.
Stuck in patterns you thought you had already worked through.

This Spring Program (beginning March 30th) is for the person who is ready to:
• Get out of survival mode
• Process stored emotional pain
• Regulate their nervous system
• Understand their patterns
• Feel mentally and physically lighter
• Step into spring clear, grounded, and aligned

This isn’t surface-level motivation.
It’s deep inner work.

So you don’t just feel “better.”
You actually shift.

Enrollment opens March 30th. 🌿
4 spots available- DM me “SPRING” today for more information.

Calm the Chaos: A Workshop for the Stressed Woman

Megan and I know what it’s like to be busy, high-capacity women.

To carry a lot.
To care deeply.
To pour into everyone else.

And then wonder why we feel exhausted… wired but tired… overstimulated… or out of balance.

That’s why we’re hosting our March workshop:

Stressed, exhausted, or out of balance? Your cortisol — the body’s primary stress hormone — may be the reason.

When cortisol stays elevated for too long, it impacts everything:
• Your sleep
• Your metabolism
• Your mood
• Your weight
• Your nervous system

In this empowering workshop, you’ll learn how stress is actually showing up in your body — and what to do about it.

We’ll walk you through:
• How cortisol really works
• Why you may feel stuck in survival mode
• Targeted nutrition strategies to support your hormones
• Simple daily practices to calm your nervous system

You’ll leave with practical tools, supportive meal strategies, and realistic habits you can implement immediately.

Because this isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about restoring balance.

Reset your stress.
Reclaim your energy.
Reserve your spot today. 🌸

If you see yourself in one of these, you’re not broken.
Your body learned how to survive.

Healing isn’t about judging these responses. It’s about helping your nervous system feel safe enough to choose differently.

Which response do you tend to default to?

Not all grief looks like tears.

Sometimes it looks like:
– Irritability
– Exhaustion
– Withdrawing from people
– Overworking
– Feeling numb

We often expect grief to move in a straight line —
clear, contained, and eventually “complete.”

But in reality, it’s rarely linear.

It loops. It resurfaces. It softens and then swells again.
Yes, grief can come from losing someone you love.

It can also come from:
– The end of a relationship
– A shift you didn’t choose
– Losing a version of yourself
– Losing the future you imagined

Grief doesn’t always ask for attention.
But your body still feels it.

Many of the high-functioning adults I work with don’t realize they’re grieving — they think they’re just burnt out, reactive, or “not like themselves.

Part of our work is slowing down enough to name what was lost, so the nervous system doesn’t have to keep carrying it alone.

If you’ve been feeling “off” lately…

You may not be broken — you may be grieving. If you feel ready to explore and gently process what’s weighing on you, I invite you to reach out and take that first step toward support and healing.

One of the biggest things we work on with clients?
Learning how to actually say the boundary.

So many people want to stop overextending…
but freeze when it’s time to put it into words.

“Don’t make me feel guilty” is not a boundary.
“I am not able to commit to that right now” is.

Swipe for 8 real-life examples you can practice.

And if this is something you struggle with, this is exactly the kind of work we do inside sessions. 🍃
