Dr. Rachel Hargraves
She is an experienced general dentist committed to providing the highest quality care to her patients. She is compassionate and dedicated to doing her best to make sure patients are comfortable. Dr. Hargraves uses state of the art technology and a gentle demeanor to alleviate any anxieties in the dental chair. She strives to educate and communicate patients on their treatment needs. She is highly competent in all phases of general dentistry.
As a native to the Capital Region, Dr. Hargraves grew up in Guilderland, NY. Early on she recognized her passion for dentistry and majored in biology at the University at Albany. She then graduated summa cm laude in the top ten percent of her class from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, she relocated to Miami, Florida to pursue a rigorous post-graduate training at the Miami Veterans Hospital. As a fan of warm sun and bright smiles, she spent several years practicing dentistry in private practice in Pompano Beach, Florida. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Fourth District Dental Society and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Hargraves returned to her roots to practice dentistry in the Capital Region. She enjoys being an active member of the community and improving the oral health of her neighbors. In her spare time, Dr. Hargraves enjoys running, spending time with her family and reading. Aside from dentistry, her other passion is dogs. As a patient, you will hear a lot about her little Chihuahua named Suzy!
Nancy - Dental Hygienist
She has been improving the oral health of patients for 39 years. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them to maintain their healthy smiles. In her spare time she enjoys being involved in physical fitness, cooking healthy meals and traveling.
Carla - Dental Hygienist
She has been practicing as a dental hygienist for 20 years. She is very dedicated to her patients and loves making them comfortable in the chair. When she isn't helping patients, she loves teaching dance, gardening and spending time with her children.
Brittany - Dental Assistant
She has been helping our patients for the last eight years. She is a highly competent dental assistant and works hard to give patients the best experience in the chair. She believes the most rewarding part of her job is making people more confident about their smiles. Apart from the office, Brittany enjoys being outside, biking, and spending time at the beach with her friends and family.
Mary Beth - Front Desk Administrator
She has been greeting and helping our patients for eleven years. She has the warmest smile and most helpful demeanor. Mary Beth says the best part of her job is interacting with people and answering all their questions. Outside of work, she enjoys golf and spending time with her five wonderful grandchildren.
Taylor - Front Desk Administrator
She is the newest addition to our team, Taylor is always ready to help patients with anything they need. She is one of the friendliest people on the phone and always goes the extra mile for everyone. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her son and riding horses.
