We are currently accepting a limited number of new clients for:
• Adult Medication Management
• Pediatric & Adolescent Medication Management

Because we match each client thoughtfully with the appropriate provider, new openings are selective and based on specialty area and clinical acuity. At this time, therapy availability is limited, though we will continue to update our community as openings arise.

We are thrilled to announce Ashley Adams has joined our team! Ashley is a compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner who earned her advanced practice and doctoral degrees from Upstate Medical University. With nearly a decade of diverse clinical experience, Ashley specializes in treating depression and anxiety, as well as supporting neurodivergent individuals across all ages.

Known for her empathetic and holistic approach, Ashley integrates supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and psychopharmacology tailored to each individual's needs. Outside of her professional practice, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, baking bread, gardening, and nurturing her beloved pets—especially her grumpy but lovable bunny, Alfonzo, and her two gentle ragdoll cats, Kaspur and Kirby.

Santa, brace yourself—our team’s been very specific this year:

🎁 Eddie: A year’s supply of Celsius to keep the energy flowing, a magical organizer that works, therapy for an Amazon shopping habit, and a GPS tracker for his keys (and maybe his sanity).

🎁 Anna: Matching racing suits for her corgis, tickets to the Monaco Grand Prix (paddock passes required!), and a pit crew to help her handle holiday baking.

🎁 Bree: A cat tree that doubles as a therapy couch and a crown for being the reigning "Teen Whisperer" and the nicest person at the practice.
