So much yoga this week! I’ll be teaching 3 classes this week in our beautiful little, freshly designed studio.
Join me Thursday morning at 9:15am for Release and Restore, a gentle yin and restorative class for stress and tension relief 😌
Thursday at 4pm I’ll be subbing a gentle vinyasa flow 🪷
And Sunday and I will guide a full restorative yoga class to wind down your weekend and get you fully rested to tackle your week ahead.

Curious about the connection between yoga and art making?Creative Embodiment is a gentle, experiential workshop that weaves together yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and embodied creativity. Through accessible movement, guided breathwork, and grounding mindfulness practices, participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies and tap into their inner wisdom.
No prior experience with yoga or art is required; all practices are adaptable and designed to meet participants where they are.
This trauma-informed, inclusive space encourages curiosity, presence, and self-compassion. Participants will leave feeling more grounded, creatively energized, and equipped with tools they can apply in their daily lives.
