Hi I’m Poppy! I’m pretty much the DBT Wellness mascot..it’s a big, important job. You can catch me at our office. I’m really good at napping, smiling at everyone, and of course..mindfulness. Humans have so much to learn from us pets. By nature we just stay in the moment, we don’t worry about tomorrow, or yesterday.. we are true masters of mindfulness and peace. We just want to spread love and remind you of how amazing you are. Hope to see you & sniff you soon.
