COMPASSION promotes the attributes of Suffering together, the desire to help which is more than just empathy, willingness to offer support to those who may be suffering, motivated to relieve the sad or painful feeling of others and willingness to ease someone’s suffering or pain

EXCELLENCE for us at PAI promote the following:

- distinction
- surpasses ordinary standards
- Greatness - offering the very best.

We hope to be able to market disability service excellence and the ability of service providers to consistently meet and occasionally even exceed expectations

We are also poised to promote DISABILITY INCLUSION as a Core Value to help to include all regardless of disabilities (mental or physical); Empower people with disabilities to support more vulnerable groups to reclaim their lives and dignity as person's with disabilities.
