This is great if you’ve had things lingering around in your pantry that you want to use up 😂 I’m guilty! 😳 I used: coconut flakes, pecans, protein oats, mixed nut blend, pumpkin seeds, flax/chia blend, macadamia nuts— broke them up with my hands. Mixed in a bowl with coconut oil, vanilla, honey, sea salt, and cinnamon. Make a “bulky blend” that isn’t too wet. Brown over medium heat. Let cool completely (clearly I got impatient in the video 😂). Store for 7 days in an air tight container 🫙 Use on yogurt or with fruit 🍌🍓🫐 ENJOY 😊
