Meet Erika - Lead Community Opener at HomeTeam!

As one of HomeTeam’s very first employees, Erika has been with us since 2024 and has played a key role in helping grow our community presence from the ground up. She spends her time out in the community meeting clients face to face, answering questions, walking them through the process, and helping them get started smoothly. Her ability to connect with people, explain services clearly, and build trust right from the start makes a huge difference for the families we serve. When she’s not out in the field helping clients, Erika loves going shopping with her mother and finds joy in making her loved ones smile.
