Snowy days call for announcing our January Recognizing Noteworthy Staff award! This month, it goes to Kim S., our new Market Development Manager.

Kim was previously a caregiver with RNS, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome her back in this new role! She has shown a clear eagerness to become a valuable team member, along with a genuine passion for understanding what makes us successful at what we do. She is a great communicator and brings a positive attitude towards the job -not to mention an infectious smile and calm, steady demeanor!

Thank you for stepping up to the plate like a seasoned pro and bringing energy, dedication and a fresh perspective to the hiring process.

We are pleased to announce that Mary Cate is our November Recognizing Noteworthy Staff winner!

Mary Cate has been such a wonderful addition to RNS since her first day with us. Her bright and contagious smile makes all the difference with her clients and her team members.

The Schedulers cannot say enough about her and how sweet and communicative she is with them. Mary Cate is always prompt to respond and offers as much as she is available to her clients, which is so appreciated.

In addition, she is always so willing to help whenever she can. She doesn't blink an eye when asked to help on another case, and if she is not available, she even offers other times to be available if needed. Mary Cate does such an amazing job of balancing her work life with her education and we know she will make a PHENOMENAL nurse!

As a token of appreciation, Mary Cate received a "Goodie Bag" full of some of her favorite things.

We are grateful for Mary Cate and hope she will have a relationship with RNS for many years to come!
