Each month we recognize a team member who goes above and beyond, and we’re excited to announce that Sara is our March Recognizing Noteworthy Staff winner!

Sara has been such a tremendous support on Alvin’s team. She is always incredibly responsive to emails, quick to jump in when help is needed, and consistently demonstrates professionalism and reliability. Her charting and communication are excellent, and she always treats everyone with respect and kindness.

Sara has truly been a lifesaver by stepping in to cover last-minute “emergency” shifts — even when requests come late in the evening. Her willingness to help and positive team spirit truly embody what it means to be a great team player.

We’re also excited to see Sara begin training with our Post-Op team. We know they will love having her on board!

Recognizing Noteworthy Staff award for February goes to Dale C. !

For over a decade Dale has been such an exceptional and valued member of the RNS family! She is a great advocate for our clients and always has their best interest in mind. Her heart of gold and sensitivity towards her clients and fellow team members always shows how much she truly cares and values her role with RNS.

We can't thank her enough for all her dedication and offering extra help whenever she can. We appreciate her prompt communication and flexibility when it comes to caring for her clients. The Schedulers love working with Dale and extend their gratitude for all that she does! Dale is always so engaging and intergenic to speak to.
