The first seven minutes of this video is Donna Eden's Daily Energy Routine. The rest addresses the immune system. My daughter told me last week my third grade grandson woke up and said, "Mom, I don't feel good. My tummy feels weird. I want to stay home." She was about to start the DER and invited him to do it with her. When they finished, he said, "Oh! I feel fine now." And so, off to school he went. You'll be surprised how much better you feel if you do the routine daily.
