I customize every massage based on your needs. I know a handful of modalities such as Deep Tissue and Trigger Point to target adhesions and make them vanish. I use Swedish for relaxation and a good flowing massage and Myofascial Release which releases muscle tension by slowly easing into the muscles. This way I’m able to use a deeper pressure with slow movement which won’t hurt the muscle tissues or be too much pressure for you. This method’s really benificial for muscles that have been tense for a long period of time and have a harder time releasing.
