As it rains here in my city today, I got to thinking about Cleansing & Refresh. There are NUMEROUS ways to cleanse and reset your energy. Here are a few things that I do.

1) Cleanliness is next to Godliness!🗣️🗣️🗣️CLEAN YO SPACE!!!

2) Use that THROAT CHAKRA!!! Sing what you haven’t spoken! I like using Tequila for this because liquor does not allow you to lie or hide from yourself or others. Sing what’s on your heart, release what wasn’t spoken through the lyrics you sing!

3) DANCE! Don’t let that energy sit within you, move it! Transmute it! Shake it up, shake it down, move it up, out, & around!

4) Actually CLEANSE YOURSELF!!! Activate your salt & any other energetic cleanser to remove the energy, use intention oils (if you have them) to realign your energy!

5) HAVE A PLAYLIST TO REFLECT THE ENERGY YOU WISH TO HAVE!

Don’t sit in energy that doesn’t serve you! Learn to cleanse & make it a habit!
