This has been building for a while.

What you’ve known as Mova Nature is expanding into something deeper—experiences, community, and cultural wellness in real life.

Built on the foundation of our signature somatic beverages, this next phase is about creating spaces where people can connect, reset, and engage with wellness in a way that feels real, cultural, and accessible.

And I’m building the first layer of that now.

There’s been a lot of conversation around this idea and I had the opportunity to connect directly following my last post.

One thing that stood out to me was the emphasis on “qualified vendors.”

From my experience, being on the ground and in community, there’s no shortage of people building, testing, and growing food businesses every day.

What’s often missing isn’t talent, it’s structure.

Systems that consistently identify, support and create pathways for those businesses to be seen and sustained.

I was part of the original cohort in 2021, building out a space from concept to completion. That experience gave me a clear view of what’s possible — and what’s still underutilized.

There are multiple stalls that remain empty.
Including the space I built out during the 2021 cohort.

One model worth exploring:
a rotating pop-up system.

Short-term placements (30–60 days) that allow food businesses to:
• test menus and systems
• build visibility
• activate space in real time

This introduces fresh energy into the market while still honoring the neighborhood staples that make Lexington what it is.

Spaces like this shouldn’t sit idle ✅ they should evolve with the city.

Youth Takeover 💫….

Juicers in hand, creativity flowing, and curiosity leading the way 💫 students from select Baltimore City schools stepped into a space where wellness met imagination.

Through , we created healthy, fun 🤩, hands-on experiences that encouraged:

• creativity
• collaboration among peers
• product development
• and taste testing

From fresh ingredients to finished blends, this was more than a workshop 💫🧃 it was a chance for young minds to explore, create, and connect.

Oh, and this healthy “shot o-clock” (we are clearly a millennial brand 🤦🏾‍♀️😅) it’s all in the fun!
