Patrick Regan Therapeutic Massage Licensed Massage Therapist in Baltimore, MD. I have helped thousands of clients reduce pain, tension, and stress levels.

Over a 13 year career in healthcare operations, where much of his time was spent at a laptop, on the phone, in meetings, and in stressful situations in general, Patrick developed a number of physical ailments due to postural issues and stress. During his transition into massage therapy, Patrick learned what works for symptom relief for those with postural issues, as well as a number of other ailments. His philosophy as a massage therapist is to encourage symptom relief with a wide range of evidence-based techniques, as well as coaching for continued relief and maintenance in between sessions.
