WE ARE MOVING!

Not far — same building, same great care — just a new suite.

As we continue to refine our craft and purpose, we’ve identified a significant gap in our community: fitness guidance. With constant messages online encouraging strength, longevity, and injury prevention, we’ve found that most people simply don’t know how to exercise or train appropriately. They don’t know how to progress, how to get stronger, or even why they’re exercising. That’s where we come in.

To support this mission, we’re expanding our space to create a true training playground, a place where we can teach people how to work out safely, effectively, and purposefully.

The next chapter of BSC is not only about relieving pain and improving mobility, but also about building resilience for the demands of life. When we help you move better, get stronger, and build capacity, we create your best opportunity to minimize injury and thrive.

We’ll share more details as we get closer to “opening day,” including open houses and some fun new toys for everyone to try.

Post-Thanksgiving Reset!

Now that you’ve enjoyed all the Thanksgiving favorites (and maybe a few extra slices of pie 😋), here’s a healthier way to satisfy your sweet tooth — Pumpkin Chai Pudding!

This creamy, cozy recipe combines pumpkin purée, warm chai spices, and a touch of natural sweetness for a guilt-free treat that’s full of flavor and nutrition. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!

Try it this week and give your body a nourishing boost after the holiday feast.
A creamy fall favorite packed with fiber, healthy fats, and seasonal flair!

Prep: 10 min | Soak: 3 hrs | Total: 4 hrs | Servings: 3

Ingredients
6 Tbsp chia seeds
1½ cups almond, cashew, or oat milk
½ cup canned or fresh pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Toppings: coconut whipped cream, chopped pecans, granola

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Let sit 5 minutes, stir again to remove clumps, then portion into 3 containers.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Top before serving — add whipped coconut cream, cinnamon, granola, pecans, etc.
Store refrigerated for up to 4–5 days.

Pro tip: Mason jars make it easy for grab-and-go mornings!
