Good food, better people, and great scents.

Nothing beats a PRP outing! We headed to Baltimore’s own Lumière Candle Studio () this weekend for a day of creativity and connection. Huge thanks to Shelana for hosting a beautiful afternoon filled with goody bags and heartfelt conversations.

Our CEO recently attended the 2026 Justice Reinvestment Reentry Simulation alongside our Reentry Director, who brings 37 years of lived experience to this work.

Experiencing the simulation together deepened reflection, bridging lived expertise with organizational leadership in a way that was both eye-opening and meaningful.

The simulation highlighted the realities individuals face when returning home after incarceration, including housing instability, employment barriers, transportation gaps, and complex system requirements. It reinforced that reentry isn’t just difficult, it is often structured in ways that unintentionally create additional obstacles.

The experience strengthened our commitment to advancing more accessible, coordinated, and human-centered reentry solutions. We have more work to do, but moments like this move us closer to meaningful change.

Grateful for our amazing team and grateful for you.

This past weekend, we had our quarterly staff meeting, and it was wonderful to reconnect with each other.

We shared new initiatives, recognized team members for their service, welcomed new faces, and prepared for the year ahead.

Take a look at some of our photos! 😃

We're proud of our team members Tanisha and Shelana who attended the 38th Annual Tuerk Conference on Mental Health and Addiction Treatment. This year's theme was Navigating a Changing Landscape.

Cancel the event? Reschedule? Take the loss?

Nope—we pivot.

What could’ve been a setback turned into a lesson in how we handle adversity and unexpected change. We found another option, ended up at Main Event, and had an incredible time together!

Sometimes it’s not about what goes wrong—it’s about how you respond.

We’re so excited for more moments like this (hopefully with less construction 😅) and all the events coming this spring!

The weather has been unpredictable lately, but yesterday was a beautiful day and we just had to get outside!

Sylvia organized a Good Friday Wellness Walk & Picnic for our SUD participants, providing an opportunity for fresh air, connection, and a much-needed break.

We believe healing doesn’t just happen indoors.

While we offer telehealth, we always encourage our clients to step outside, change their environment, and reconnect with themselves.

Last week, our PRP team did just that—taking a walk through Roland Park in Baltimore with our clients. It was more than just a walk… it was a reset. A moment to breathe, reflect, and be present.

We also caught up with one of our PRP coordinators, London Hilton, to talk about simple ways to care for your mental health every day.
