Sunday: 11:00am - 1:00pm

Monday - Wednesday: 3:30pm - 5:30pm

Friday: 3:30pm - 5:30pm

We are excited to announce the launch of our physical therapy program for the community. We have partnered with Ms. Shahida Suleman, PT, to provide low-cost physical therapy to all adults 18+.
This includes all insured and uninsured individuals!!

Pricing is as follows:
• $25 per 30 minute session.
• $50 per 60 minute session.

Please submit an appointment request form at isb.org/clinic to request a physical therapy appointment.

Monday: 4–6PM (In-person appointments)

Tuesday: 4–6PM (Telehealth appointments)

Wednesday: 4–6PM (Telehealth appointments)

Friday: 2:30–4:30PM (In-person appointments)

Sunday: 11AM--1PM (In-person appointments)

To make an appointment you must use one of the following options:
(1) Call the Clinic at 410-744-1690 by phone and leave a detailed message.
(2) Visit isb.org/clinic and complete the form on the "Appointment" tab. A staff member will call you with a confirmation.
