Long days.
Full schedules.
Moments of stress that may not have been obvious at the time.

And through it all, your body kept going.

But just because you can push through
does not always mean you should.

Sometimes the tension you notice
in your neck, your back, or throughout your body
is not something to ignore.

It may be your body asking for support.

Healing does not always mean doing more.
Sometimes it means allowing your body to release what it has been holding.

As the week comes to a close, take a moment to check in.

What is your body trying to tell you today.

If you have been feeling persistent tension or discomfort, gentle hands-on care like Myofascial Release may help your body begin to release and feel more at ease.

After breast surgery, it is not uncommon for some people to develop swelling that may feel unusual or uncomfortable.

This can sometimes be a seroma, which is a collection of fluid that forms during the healing process. Seromas can affect comfort, limit range of motion, and in some cases delay healing if not properly managed.

The goal is to recognize these changes early and support the body in healing. Manual therapy and lymphedema care can help reduce swelling and improve recovery.

If you have concerns about swelling after surgery or would like guidance, please feel free to contact the clinic:

Tendinitis is a condition that occurs when a tendon becomes irritated or inflamed, often from repeated use over time.

Many people first notice it as discomfort during movement, but it can gradually lead to decreased strength and limited mobility if not addressed.

Simple activities can begin to feel more difficult.

With the right approach, including proper rest, guided exercises, and hands-on care, it is possible to support healing and restore movement.

At deBorja Physical Therapy and Myofascial Release, the focus is on helping you understand your body and regain the strength and motion you need for everyday life.

What often starts as something “small” or occasional… can slowly change over time.

You might notice it spreading to different parts of your feet.
Or happening more frequently.
Or just feeling a little less predictable.

This clip was captured during one of our recent neuropathy workshops, where we discussed how these changes happen and why they can feel so frustrating.

That doesn’t mean your body is failing.
It usually means the nerve signals are becoming less clear and consistent.

When we understand why that’s happening, it becomes much easier to know what to do next.

Has this been your experience over time?

There’s no pressure, but if you’d like to understand your symptoms more clearly, you’re always welcome to reach out or learn more through the link below.

Me at 25 vs me at 45… it’s a real shift 😄

I hear this all the time in the clinic. A small movement, or even just how you slept, can lead to neck stiffness that lingers for days. It’s not just “getting older.” Often, it’s how the body is holding tension and how everything is connected.

The good news is your body can change with the right support.

If your neck has been feeling stuck or limited, you don’t have to just wait it out.

There’s something different about learning in a small group like this.

It’s quieter.
More focused.
More personal.

People take their time.
They ask questions.
They begin to feel what’s being taught instead of just hearing it.

That’s where things start to make more sense.

Not all at once.
But enough to shift how they think about their body.

I’m really grateful for the group that joined this workshop.
For their openness, their questions, and their willingness to learn.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who attended the neuropathy workshop this past weekend.

It was a meaningful experience to hear your questions, your stories, and the perspectives you brought into the room.

Conversations like these are important. They create space for understanding, clarity, and a different way of thinking about symptoms that many people have been living with for a long time.

I appreciate your openness and willingness to learn.

For those who would like to continue the conversation or explore next steps, you are always welcome to reach out.

If nothing changes, what happens next?

Will your symptoms stay the same, or slowly begin to affect more of your daily life? This is something many people think about but don’t always talk about.

It’s common to wait, adjust, or work around the discomfort. But over time, those changes can make movement feel less steady or predictable.

This workshop is not about pressure or making a decision. It is simply a chance to better understand what may be happening in your body and what options may exist. A calm, small-group setting where you can learn and ask questions.

I know many people hesitate to attend something like this.

So I want to be very clear about what this workshop is not.

This is not a sales event
This is not a diagnosis session
This is not a commitment to anything afterward

It is simply a space to understand what may be happening in your body. You are welcome to come, listen, and leave with more clarity.

If you’ve been unsure about attending, this may help you decide.

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹.

If you’ve been thinking about attending, this is a gentle reminder to secure your seat.

Many people I meet share similar experiences.

Feeling less steady
Walking a little less
Adjusting how they move throughout the day

These changes often happen gradually, and it can be difficult to understand what is causing them.

This workshop is designed to help you make sense of these patterns in a clear and supportive setting.

There are only a few seats remaining.

Reserve your seat before it fills:
