Goals start in the mind. Change requires the body, habits, and nervous system to catch up.
Awareness is the first step, not the finish line.

This is not to say you should not set goals. This is to ask yourself, are you ready for the change you want to see? Our brain loves familiarity and staying in the comfort zone. Doing something different takes intention, focus, and determination.

We are 13 days within the New Year, how are you doing with your goals?

As 2025 comes to a close, I invite you to reflect on your experience this year. This question has been asked to clients the past couple weeks during check in.

I participate in the check ins as well and my word for 2025 is “STRETCHED” This year has pulled me in multiple directions in business, as a mother, personal life, and more. There were many successes that I am truly grateful for. There were many challenges that had me doubtful. There were many opportunities for growth that had me trusting more in who I AM!
Stretched was the best word to encompass all that 2025 provided me.
