Hiiii community 🌈✨ We have some schedule updates for this week & next week. There will not be an Acupuncture + Reiki Sound Bath or Heart Song Initiative Circle on Wednesday, October 29th. There is a concert happening in the space that evening.

This Tuesday October 21st, Daniel & Tong will be bringing their powerful medicine to our Acupuncture Reiki Sound Bath, as Nicholas and Sophia will not be here. This means there will not be a Heart Song Transmission Circle on Tuesday.

We are so grateful for each person who joins us for our deep dive community sound baths. It takes a lot of courage to show up for healing and to show up for yourself, your community, and this planet. It takes a lot of bravery to journey through your inner world and hold the fullness of your being with gentleness and love.

Because often what we find in the journey to the cave of our heart are the places where we didn’t feel loved, valued or cared for in the ways we needed. Or we find the places where we didn’t show up for others in a compassionate and loving way.

This is deep and powerful work to come back into our hearts and live and breathe from that place. This path is not easy but it’s worth it and is needed now more than ever.

NEW SCHEDULE STARTING IN OCTOBER 🌈🕊️🌿✨

Join us Tuesday, October 7th from 5 - 8 pm for the opening of our second location at Church on the Square in Canton. Come relax and melt in the magic and deep wisdom of sound medicine and community healing. Light refreshments and hot apple cider will be served at the end.

We are absolutely thrilled to be expanding our weekly offerings. The new space is so special and wondrous. As Nicholas would say the acoustics and energy are chef’s kiss.

We will also now be able to live stream our offerings on Tuesdays which is a dream come true. More info on that coming soon!

Hiiii beautiful harmonic beings 🌈🕯️💕✨ We have some very exciting news!! We are opening a new gorgeous space at the former Strawbridge Church in Bolton Hill on the glorious Summer Solstice. Come celebrate with us and enjoy a day full of deeply nourishing and restorative sound medicine offerings.

We are lovingly calling the new space - The Sound Sanctuary.

The space is huge and gorgeous. The acoustics are through the roof. There are four stunning stained glass rose windows with no religious iconography. There is a slight incline to the floor, which is quirky and surprisingly comfortable to lay upon.  We have wanted a home base to call our own since we started three years ago. That time has arrived as we take over the former Methodist Strawbridge Church built in 1881 at 201 Wilson Street at Park Avenue.  We hope this space can feel welcoming to all, as it allows us to offer sublime relaxation and restoration on more days of the week, and also work for the greater mission of making high-quality vibrational medicine accessible to the people at large.

Come celebrate the Spring Equinox & our 3 Year Anniversary with us, Friday, March 21st - Sunday, March 23rd. Together, we will welcome the light of Spring and release the darkness of Winter in the warm embrace of heartfelt community.

We will honor the cycles of death & rebirth through movement, singing, vocalization, dancing, deep relaxation, and connection.

Spring is a potent time to tend to the garden of our lives and nurture the seeds we have planted. It is a time to water what we want to grow in our lives and in the world.

It is a powerful moment to pause and be present with ourselves, releasing what is no longer serving us and setting new intentions for this season of renewal.
