Hiii beloveds!!! You’re invited to our birthday party!!!! Come celebrate our 4-Year Anniversary and the glorious Spring Equinox. Join us Saturday, March 21st from 4 - 10pm at St. Luke’s Church on the Avenue, for a four-part journey of sound, movement, and community.

Think magical, healing vibrations meets nourishing community abundance meets groovy, wild dance party. And there you have it :)

Together we will honour our inner light and the sacred cycles of the earth, planting new seeds in the soil of our lives, our communities, and our planet.

For four years, we have gathered weekly for donation-based vibrational medicine and we plan on going for at least another 444 years! It feels honestly surreal that we started this mission back on the Spring Equinox of 2022.

We are immensely grateful for everyone who has supported us and continues to join us in the journey of collective healing and community care. We absolutely can’t wait to share with you our BIG visions for the future.

Hiiii community 🌈 We are back from our winter break. Grateful to have had time to rest, reflect, and recharge. We are so honored to be offering this medicine for yet another year, and are dreaming up BIG visions for 2026 ~ Year of the Fire Horse.

Join us Friday, January 9th from 7 - 9 pm for an evening of deep listening, rest, and sonic healing with acclaimed vibraphonist Chris Dingman.

Chris plays the vibraphone - a unique and beautiful instrument - in a singular, virtuosic way using the waves and layers of sound along with his voice to bring listeners into a heightened meditative state where healing, connection, visions, and inspiration can occur.

It is a dream-like experience — a sonically rich and expansive journey, that is at once activating, relaxing, and rejuvenating.

This very special evening will begin with the grounding resonance of gongs, offered by Harmony Works, to quiet the mind and open the body.

From this softened space, you’ll be gently guided into an immersive sound journey through Chris’s luminous and meditative sounds — music that enchants, invites stillness, and offers a sense of spacious inner connection.

Let the vibration of each note carry you inward — toward rest, release, and renewal.

ANNOUNCEMENT: We are taking a winter break ✨ We will be closed the week of December 22nd and the week of December 29th. We will be back in the new year starting Tuesday, January 6th.

Taking a winter break is something we have never done in the 3+ years of Harmony Works but we trust and honor the call for us to take time to rest deeply and reflect on this past year.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We can’t wait to see you in two weeks 🕯️💕✨

Wishing everyone gentleness and grace as we continue the journey into winter. May you receive the deep nourishment your being needs and may you connect to the truth of who you are.

Nicholas is sick this week so please send him your healing prayers as he recovers. Sophia and Sarah will be holding it down today for a Reiki Sound Bath. There will not be any acupuncture offered tonight. Acupuncture will be back on for tomorrow :)
