It’s not easy in this situation that we’re all in to relax, to down regulate, to connect to our heart and hear our inner guidance. Our world is so loud and full of so much information, pain, and expectations.

Our mission is to create a space for people to fully relax. To be deeply nourished and restored. To connect with their inner world and quiet the buzzing of the outside world. Not as an escape but as a deep and sacred return to their hearts and the inner well of harmony.

There is a powerful understanding when we do this work, that when one of us heals we all heal. When one of us moves energy, cries, laughs, softens, reconnects with their truth, or remembers their deep wisdom — that healing ripples out far and wide, watering the soil of all of our beings.

It is the understanding that the roots of healing weave their medicine through each one of us that has gathered at the well, gently nourishing our beings and sending lasting ripples throughout our lives, our communities, and the planet.

This is why we do this work. We do it not only for each person who walks through our doors but for their families, their communities, and our planet. Because healing is limitless and powerful and we believe in the ripples of change that happens when we return to harmony.

Join us Friday, January 9th from 7 - 9 pm for an evening of deep listening, rest, and sonic healing with acclaimed vibraphonist Chris Dingman.

Chris plays the vibraphone - a unique and beautiful instrument - in a singular, virtuosic way using the waves and layers of sound along with his voice to bring listeners into a heightened meditative state where healing, connection, visions, and inspiration can occur.

It is a dream-like experience — a sonically rich and expansive journey, that is at once activating, relaxing, and rejuvenating.

This very special evening will begin with the grounding resonance of gongs, offered by Harmony Works, to quiet the mind and open the body.

From this softened space, you’ll be gently guided into an immersive sound journey through Chris’s luminous and meditative sounds — music that enchants, invites stillness, and offers a sense of spacious inner connection.

ANNOUNCEMENT: We are taking a winter break ✨ We will be closed the week of December 22nd and the week of December 29th. We will be back in the new year starting Tuesday, January 6th.

Taking a winter break is something we have never done in the 3+ years of Harmony Works but we trust and honor the call for us to take time to rest deeply and reflect on this past year.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We can’t wait to see you in two weeks 🕯️💕✨

Wishing everyone gentleness and grace as we continue the journey into winter. May you receive the deep nourishment your being needs and may you connect to the truth of who you are.
