A strong team needs strong support – and Veronica Predebon Rugh, People Services Generalist, provides just that.
With more than 15 years of experience, she has built her career across roles from aide and med tech to Executive Director and Director of Business Administration at the community level, to her current position at the Elegance Living Support Center.
Her path to human resources was shaped by mentors who recognized her strengths early on – encouraging her to grow into leadership and ultimately guiding her toward a role where she could combine her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for supporting others.
"The beauty of a career often lies in its detours," said Veronica. “Where you initially see yourself isn't always where you'll end up, and that's perfectly okay.”
Today, Veronica works behind the scenes to ensure team members have what they need to show up fully for residents and families. “Seeing them do their best for the residents inspires me to do my best for them,” she said.

Outside of work, Veronica cheers on her daughter’s soccer team, leads a Girl Scout troop, and hits the trails with her family. When she gets a quiet moment, you’ll find her with a good book.
