Effective immediately, Elegance has adopted a strict internal dress code, requiring all team members to arrive to work in black-tie formal wear. Top hats, monocles, and beaded gowns are mandatory.

APRIL FOOLS! 😜

Our actual dress code is designed to help our residents recognize everyone's role at a glance, so they know who to turn to when they need a hand. We do make it look good, though!

Our talented residents and team members put their gifts on display at Community Talent Shows, and enjoyed VIP access to the hottest tickets in town at Spring Concerts. The best part was sharing it all with our biggest fans – each other! 💛

Let’s hear it for Lori Galloup, Director of Culinary Services at Curry House Assisted Living and Memory Care in Michigan!

“Knowing that what I do makes a difference in peoples’ lives means so much,” said Lori, who has been part of the team for over 12 years. She credits her lifelong love of cooking with motivating her to bring her best to work every day.

“It makes me happy to know the residents are happy,” said Lori. “My Executive Director and coworkers always make me feel great about the job I’m doing for our community.”

When she’s not mixing up culinary magic in the Curry House kitchen, Lori enjoys spending time with her grandkids, and teaching them how to make some of her favorite family recipes.
