Meet Maricela Cast, Vice President of Clinical Operations at Powell Recovery Center.

Maricela’s journey with Powell began in 2009 as a social work intern. Today, she leads with compassion, ensuring every client is treated with the dignity and care they deserve.

To Maricela, addiction is a disease that deserves understanding, professional support, and hope. She believes in listening deeply, meeting clients where they are, and helping them rebuild their lives with respect and compassion.

Her message is simple:
“If the client shows up, I will be there.”

Wayne is part of our Block Staff team, the friendly faces you see walking the halls and keeping things running smoothly on The Block. Every day, Wayne helps people feel welcome, safe, and supported.
