Some losses leave a space that words cannot fill… especially the loss of a mother or maternal figure. 💐

This special gathering was created for women who are navigating that kind of grief and longing. Together, we’ll hold space for healing, connection, and remembrance in a gentle and uplifting way.

During this experience you can expect:
🌸 Meaningful conversations with women who understand
🌷 A guest speaker sharing encouragement and insight on navigating grief
💐 Interactive activities centered around reflection, legacy, and connection
🌼 A beautiful floral arrangement workshop where you’ll create a bouquet in honor of your maternal figure

This event is about more than flowers — it’s about honoring love, sharing stories, and remembering that grief does not have to be carried alone.

Come as you are. Your story, your memories, and your heart are welcome here. 💛

✨ Tag a woman who may need this space.

Hello February 🤍

This month isn’t just about romantic love — it’s about the love we give to ourselves, the grace we extend to our healing, and the connections that hold us together day to day.

February is your reminder to:
💛 Speak to yourself with kindness
🧡 Rest without guilt
💛 Let yourself feel — all of it
🧡 Reach for support when you need it

Love can look like setting boundaries with yourself and others.
Love can look like going to therapy and speaking candidly about your feelings.
Love can look like choosing peace over pressure.

This month, we’re choosing softness, growth, and intentional care — one day at a time.

✨ You deserve love that feels safe, including the love you give yourself.

Grief can feel like everything inside you is dry, tired, and overwhelmed.
But even in loss, you still deserve care.

🌱 As a griever, it’s important to be intentional about what you “water” yourself with:

• Gentle self-talk instead of self-criticism
• Supportive people instead of isolation
• Rest instead of pressure
• Meaningful memories instead of avoidance
• Coping skills instead of numbing
• Patience instead of timelines
• Compassion instead of guilt

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting.
It means learning how to carry love and loss with more support and kindness toward yourself.

If this season feels heavy, start small. Even one drop of care matters. 🤍

Do you have a friend or loved one who is grieving??? Not sure how to help? Wondering what type of gift can I get for them??? 💛 1. A Handwritten Letter or Text
• Share a memory, express your admiration for their strength, or simply say “I’m here for you.”
• Authentic sentiments can mean more than any store-bought gift. 🎶 2. Create a Personalized Playlist
• Include songs that are comforting, meaningful, or that remind you of good memories with the person they lost.
• You can share it via Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube. 🛒 3. Help With Everyday Tasks

Grief drains energy. Offer to:
• Pick up groceries or pharmacy items
• Drop off a meal or leftovers
• Take out trash or bring in packages
• Help with laundry or light cleaning around the house

Say: “I’m going to the store—what can I grab for you?” ☕ 4. Offer Your Time for Future Date
• Schedule a coffee/ brunch date, a walk in the park, or a quiet moment together.
• Grief is heavy, and presence is a meaningful gift. Here are just a few examples on ways to support but there are plenty more. Share with me some of your favorite. If you are a grieving person, share one way you may want/ wish someone showed up for you 💕💕

🌟 Encouraging Tips for Grieving Hearts During the Holidays 🌟

✨Give Yourself Permission to Feel ✨

Grief doesn’t take a holiday. It’s okay if this season feels difficult , heavy, or confusing. Allow every emotion—joy, sadness, numbness, or anger—to exist without judgment. ✨Be Open to Create New Traditions✨

Light a candle, cook their favorite dish, hang an ornament, play their favorite song. New rituals can bring comfort while still preserving their presence.

✨Lean Into Your Support System ✨

Reach out to people who “get it”—friends, family, support groups, or a therapist. Let others hold space for you. Connection doesn’t erase grief, but it softens the weight. ✨Practice Self-Compassion ✨

You don’t have to attend every gathering or uphold every tradition. Pick what feels safe and manageable. Honoring and conserving your energy is an act of self-compassion. ✨Take Breaks and Say No when necessary ✨

Step outside, find a quiet room, breathe deeply, or ground yourself with a comforting object. Small moments of regulation can make big emotions more manageable. I hope these tips will help make your holiday a little bit lighter and less stressful! Remember honoring your loved one or your loss is a courageous decision. Your heart and mind will thank you later 💫

I’m growing, healing, and learning more about myself every day. What I love most is seeing how the love my mom and grandmother poured into me still shapes the parent I am today. They may not be here physically, but their imprint is alive in every choice I make for my daughter. Grief teaches. Childhood shapes. Reflection humbles. 💕✨
