Our Lunchtime Conversation on Healthy Aging was truly one for the books. 🌟
Hosted by Ondoria Harmon, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Older Adult Affairs & Advocacy, the conversation welcomed two living legends, Pam Grier and Ozzie Newsome, for an inspiring and practical dialogue on resilience, purpose, and what healthy aging really means.

From personal stories of strength and fortitude, to reflections on finding new purpose and wisdom with age, Pam and Ozzie reminded us all of the power of community, staying mentally strong, and embracing new passions at every stage of life. The discussion was filled with laughter, wisdom, and heartfelt encouragement for Baltimore’s older adults.
