At Barenburg Eye Associates the health and well-being of our patients and staff is our highest priority. During this unprecedented time we want everyone to know what steps we have put in place to ensure the safest conditions when being seen at any of our offices. Our staff has been thoroughly trained and is practicing optimal procedures with regards to disinfection, sterilization, and social distancing. All surfaces, equipment, and frames are wiped down after each patient. We are limiting the amount of patients in our office throughout the day. Appointments are required for exams as well as glasses and contact lens dispensing. Patients are screened when their appointments are made and again when they come to the office door. Every patient is met at the door by a staff member to have their temperature checked before entering the office. Masks and/or face shields are worn by all employees and patients are required to wear a mask before entering the office.

We want to thank everyone for their faith and trust in Barenburg Eye Associates and rest assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to make sure everyone feels safe coming to our offices.

The health and safety of our employees, patients and communities have always been a top priority to us. To help slow down the spread of COVID-19, we are temporarily closing all of our locations beginning Saturday, March 21, 2020.

Anyone with an eye emergency or in need of a refill of your prescription, please contact the office for the on-call doctor’s phone number.

As much as we would love to see you, if you have an appointment and are experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms, fever, cough, runny nose or the possibility of exposure to the COVID-19, please contact our office to reschedule your appointment, and postpone picking up any glasses or contact lenses.

As a health care office, we are trying to do our part to keep our patients and staff healthy. We will do our best to accommodate any reschedule request.
