Congratulations to Riyah Gilliam, GNA/CMT, on being selected as Roland Park Place’s January 2026 Associate of the Month! Riyah started her nursing career with Roland Park Place in 2023. She has grown into her role as a GNA/CMT. Riyah puts a lot of thought into caring for her residents. Riyah is a certified beautician and a fashionista and it shows when she is caring for her residents. She also helps on PAL and does a great job. Riyah definitely exemplifies our Core Values of Passion, Integrity, and Caring. One example that shows Riyah’s caring side was when a resident was still getting settled in their new Memory Care apartment and their newspaper subscription hadn’t been updated yet, Riyah would go every morning to the resident’s old apartment to get the newspaper for them. The resident was so thankful and happy that Riyah took it upon herself to get the resident’s newspaper for them daily. Riyah is a team player and works well with all her peers and other departments. Keep up the great work, Riyah!

So many dedicated associates at Roland Park Place came through in the snow storm. Driveways, parking spaces, resident cars, and sidewalks are cleared off. Dining services have stayed operational and the care team didn't miss a beat. If it's going to snow, RPP is the place to be!
