MS fatigue changes everything.

It limits movement.
It limits participation.
It limits recovery.

But what if we could reduce the cost of movement?

FES with the RT300 helps deliver coordinated muscle activation and repetition, supporting:

✔ Muscle re-education
✔ Prevention of muscle atrophy
✔ Increased circulation
✔ Increase Range of motion
✔ Relaxation of muscle spasms

For people living with multiple sclerosis, this can mean access to movement even when fatigue is high.

Read the full blog and rethink how you approach fatigue in neurorehab.

KIMES 2026 in Seoul is now in the books, and one thing is for sure:
The pace and scope of FES neurorehabilitation conversations are increasing.

Throughout the week, we’ve had the opportunity to discuss with clinicians and fellow professionals in Korea the impact that integrated technologies, such as our RT300 Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) Therapy System, are having in rehabilitation settings for patients with stroke, spinal cord injuries, MS, and brain injuries.

What we know we need to focus on going forward:
• Muscle re-education with increased repetition in therapy
• Muscle atrophy, circulation, and range of motion in rehabilitation
• Extending access to rehabilitation therapies into long-term recovery

The RT300 FES Therapy System is FDA-cleared to help:
✔ Relieve muscle spasms
✔ Prevent muscle atrophy
✔ Increase local blood circulation
✔ Maintain or increase range of motion
✔ Re-educate muscles

Whether you were with us in Seoul or are considering what’s next for your rehabilitation program, this blog is worth a read:

Singapore, we see you 👏

We just completed the Xcite2 installation and training with Durga and the team at S3 Jurong Point and Enabling Village and the energy in the room was strong.

Xcite2 allows clinicians to deliver task-specific Functional Electrical Stimulation ) real activities like:

• Sit to stand
• Grasp and release
• Transfers
• Mobility work

It is FDA-cleared to help:

• Re-educate muscles
• Relax muscle spasms
• Prevent disuse atrophy
• Increase local blood circulation
• Maintain or increase range of motion. We have over 40 pre-programmed functional activities, multi-channel stimulation and easily integrate into PT and OT workflows.

Most importantly, it gives clinicians another powerful therapy system to support individuals living with spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, and brain injury.

Durga and team, thank you for your commitment to advancing neurorehabilitation in Singapore. We are proud to support your work.

For more than 20 years, you’ve trusted Restorative Therapies to support your neurorehabilitation programs and outcomes with integrated Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES).

When RT300 cycling meets Xcite2 task-specific therapy, you can deliver:

❤️ Muscle re-education
❤️ Relaxation of muscle spasms
❤️ Prevention of disuse atrophy
❤️ Increased circulation
❤️ Maintained or increased range of motion.

This Valentine’s Day, we simply want to say thank you for believing in evidence-based FES and for trusting us with your recovery journeys in the clinic and at home.

Living with a neurological condition often means recovery is a long-term journey.

Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) is used in neurorehabilitation to support muscle re-education, help relax muscle spasms, improve local circulation, prevent muscle atrophy, and maintain or improve range of motion.

The RT300 and Xcite2 therapy systems help clinicians extend evidence-based FES therapy from the clinic into the home, supporting continuity of care for individuals with spinal cord injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and brain injury.
