Conflict is unavoidable. Pain, grief, & loss are the same. They come for us all even when we aren’t expecting it. They may feel like detours or distractions from our “real life”, but in fact, they are life. They are invitations to something deeper in what we’ll create next. 🌱 🎨

Our wounds are not for everyone, we don’t need to share them with the world. We get to choose who we invite into our inner sanctum — those who are safe, tender, & good. It is a fragile gift indeed, so treat it with care, as healer. 🌱 🎨
