Gratitude is the act of being thankful/grateful, showing kindness, and acknowledging the good things in life, which results in feeling a sense of appreciation.

Gratitude is the simplest way to change one’s perspective of the world. It allows us to acknowledge and appreciate the positive, while minimizing our focus on the negative aspects of our lives.

It’s been found that people who practice gratitude daily are not only happier, but also healthier!

*identify what we’re feeling, without judgment,
*communicate our needs effectively,
*build supportive, balanced relationships, and
*cope with stress using grounding and self-care strategies

Remember: emotional wellness doesn’t mean avoiding difficult emotions; it’s learning to navigate them with awareness and compassion.
