💡 Disability Tip: Make sure to describe your worst days, not just your average days. When applying for disability benefits, many people downplay their symptoms by describing what they can do on a "good" or "average" day.

The Social Security Administration needs to understand your limitations on your worst days, when pain is highest, fatigue is overwhelming, or symptoms are unmanageable. Don't minimize what you're going through. Be honest about:

✅ Days you can't get out of bed
✅ Tasks you can no longer do
✅ How often symptoms prevent you from functioning
