Need care that’s convenient and reliable? Our associates do too. That’s why Annamarie uses MedStar eVisit–Telehealth as her go-to for high-quality care anytime, day or night.

"One morning, around 4 a.m., I woke up feeling awful with a fever, a sore throat, and that sinking worry that it might be COVID. When my home test came back positive, I didn’t panic. I opened the MedStar e-Visit app on my phone, connected with a provider, and showed her the test. Within minutes, she sent a prescription for Paxlovid to a 24-hour local pharmacy. I had the medication in my hands just two hours after finding out I had COVID!

"MedStar e-Visit remains my go-to whenever I need quick, reliable care—even once for an allergic reaction to a bug bite. My husband even uses it when he cannot see his provider. Every time, we have felt cared for, supported, and grateful to have MedStar’s virtual care team just a few taps away."

- Annamarie DeCarlo, chief communications officer and assistant vice president, at MedStar Washington Hospital Center.
