✨ A great morning with the Howard County Woodworkers Guild! ✨

A few of our Hands On Therapy team members had the opportunity to speak with the Howard County Woodworkers Guild today about how to prevent pain during woodworking.

We covered:
🪚 Joint protection strategies to keep you working longer and safer
🔧 Easy ways to reduce stress on your hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders
⚡️ How vibration impacts pain
🔩The role of kinesiotape in managing pain
✋Simple exercises and stretches to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and support healthier woodworking mechanics
