Let me just put this here for the folks who refuse to understand: Fox Baltimore (Sinclair Broadcast) is the ENEMY of Charm City and cities like ours across the US. Here's what they do:
1. Make people believe the city is trash and its people are worthless.
2. Lower the property values because "who would ever want to live there".
3. Come through and buy up acres of land for dirt cheap, even our homes.
4. Rebuild, replace, resell at astronomical prices regular citizens could never afford.
5. Reap the benefits of 'buy low, sell high,' 'supply and demand' fundamentals of good business.
Repeat. Deny. Deflect.
