Earlobe repair is a simple, in-office procedure used to correct stretched, torn, or split earlobes — often caused by heavy earrings, gauges, or trauma.

During the procedure, we carefully remove the damaged skin and reshapes the earlobe for a natural, balanced appearance. The area is then closed with fine sutures to promote smooth healing and minimal scarring. It’s typically done under local anesthesia and takes less than an hour. Most patients return to normal activities right away, with sutures removed in about a week. Once healed, the earlobe can usually be re-pierced if desired.
