🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

💖Today, our team is proudly wearing pink in honor of all the incredible survivors, the current warriors bravely fighting, and the loved ones we’ve lost too soon.

💪🏼Breast cancer touches so many lives — including those of our patients, friends, and families. Together, we stand united in hope, strength, and support.

🗓️This month is also an important reminder to prioritize your health — schedule your annual well-woman exam if you’re age 21 or older, and don’t forget to stay up to date with your breast screenings as recommended. Early detection saves lives!

💓Just an additional reminder, in addition to managing acute GYN concerns, we also offer annual well-woman exams too. These visits will include a breast exam and a pelvic exam with Pap smear. IMPORTANT things to keep in mind before scheduling:

1. Must be at least 21 years old AND assigned female at birth
2. You should not have already had a Pap within the past 3 years
3. Health Insurance MUST be presented at time of check in.
4. There will be a flat-fee charge of $30
5. These visits are available by appointment only and as they are not considered urgent, we still will give priority to ill/injured students that need to be seen. Please understand that your appointment may be scheduled for a future date.
6. Most importantly, as we must keep in line with the values and beliefs our Jesuit Catholic institution, we will not be able to offer contraception as a part of these visits.

If you have any questions, give us a call, and we are happy to help!

If you see him around campus, say hi and feel free to ask about our on-campus clinic!

It’s Medical Assistants Recognition Week! 🩺💚 Dionysia & Nicole are our office Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) and we are so lucky to have them both! If you have ever been to our office, you have probably met one of them at some point! They help triage our students, do lab work, and work very closely with our clinical staff to help keep patient visits running smoothly! Thanks for everything you both do!! 🙌🏻

We have been lucky enough to partner with for nearly 20 years now with their pediatric physicians. These doctors generally rotate through our clinic every 4 weeks as they complete their adolescent medicine rotations. They are extremely bright and compassionate healthcare providers and we welcome their critical care experience in our office 🏥

This semester we will continue to introduce each doctor at the start of their rotation, so that Loyola students are able to put faces to names of providers they saw (as these doctors are not on our staff page on website). Welcome Dr. Nimmagadda💚🤍!
