The Autumn session begins on September 21st, and we’ll be leaning into the beauty of release, balance, and grounding that this season brings. Fall reminds us to let go of what no longer serves us and to settle deeper into our bodies and breath.

During this Winter Pause I’m looking forward to intentional rest, curling up under tons of blankets, sipping warm drinks, watching cheesy Christmas movies, keeping my phone on DND and READING!

There was so much transition and immense loss for me this year and I’m giving myself lots of time to feel all the feels and do these stillness practices this season.
