✨ So we did a thing…brought our Invisible Healing Therapeutic Dance Hall and our Disco Mobil to the Anne Arundel County Birth to Five Trunk or Treat & Resource Fair — and the vibes were electric! ⚡️🎶💃🏽

Have you ever dance 🕺🏻 your way to the trick or treat station? WE DID!!😻🙌🏻

✨ is an campaign that introduces healing and mental health to people through music and dance. Many people will say they are stressed but won’t recognize that that is a sign that they need therapy. In the dance hall we encourage people to DANCE THEIR STRESS’ AWAY!

A HUGE thanks to United Healthcare’ MCO and AACPS Birth to Five program for letting us spread healing, joy, and sweet treats for our first year, and trust us…WE WILL BE BACK! 🍬💖

🌟 Senior Ditch Day 2025 was a HIT! 🌟

We had an amazing time at the Waxter Center celebrating our seniors with laughter, movement, connection, and care. 💃🧘‍♀️🧠

From games and dancing to our crowd-favorite “Mental Minute” sessions — where seniors got a one-on-one moment with a therapist — this event was full of joy, breakthroughs, and new beginnings. ❤️

The Mental Minute gave our participants a chance to experience how powerful just one minute of mental health support can be — and opened the door for many to begin their journey into therapy care.

This is truly one of Transformation Health’s most successful programs yet! 🙌

A huge THANK YOU🙏🏽to Ms. Valerie Matthews of Catherine’s Family and Youth Services, Moxie Moves, The Maryland Food Bank, and The Waxter Center for helping us make this day so special.
