In Park Heights, our elders are our storytellers, our wisdom-keepers, and the foundation of our community. 🧡
As we collect food donations through 12/18, we’re calling on our village to pour back into the seniors who poured so much into us.

As safety & wellness partners of the ENOUGH Grant, we’ve been thrilled to put the writings on the wall—literally! 🎨

This vibrant mural represents the heart of our healing space, where we host FREE community offerings like stretchband classes, youth art healing, candle-making, yoga teacher graduations, and more. 🌿

In times of uncertainty, we remain committed to wellness and connection by offering FREE YOGA, MEDITATION, STRETCHBAND, CANDLE-MAKING, and more to our community. 🕯️🧘🏾‍♀️
