Total ENT Care is now open for elective and non-urgent medical procedures and appointments. To help minimize the risk of infection we will be following and enforcing the CDC guidelines. If you have had a procedure postponed during the state of emergency, we will reach out to you. To make an in-person or telehealth appointment please call 410-889-0795.

Due to the rapidly changing guidelines from state and federal authorities regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made some adjustments to how we are providing care to our patients.

We at Total ENT Care understand that you may have non-urgent medical concerns that you would like to have addressed. In that case, please call 410-889-0795 to schedule a telehealth visit with Dr. Sohn or Dr. Patel to speak about your concerns or you may email us at telemed@totalentcare.com to request an email consultation during Maryland's State of Emergency. These visits can take place from your computer, tablet or smartphone and can be used for medication refills, follow-ups and a variety of sick visits. Telemedicine visits will be processed by your insurance and a claim will be sent, just like a face to face encounter. The cost of the visit is determined by your insurance plan.

Total ENT Care remains open to provide urgent and critical care for patients in our clinics during this medical crisis. Please call 410-889-0795 to determine if your need is urgent or critical and we will see you in our Baltimore, Towson or Bel Air offices.

Examples of urgent and critical care may include any cases of severe nosebleed, loss of smell or taste, nasal fractures, severe sore throat causing problems with oral intake, sudden hearing loss, difficulty swallowing, severe allergy &/or sinus symptoms, severe ear pain or dizziness that is preventing routine function.

If you think you’re experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (Corona Virus), please call our office and schedule a telemedicine appointment to speak to one of our providers for a screening, advice and where to go for testing.

We've been quiet as we've been working on better servicing the needs of our patient base but are now ready to share our great news.

We've recently expanded the practice to include Dr. Alpen Patel, who shares Dr. Sohn's philosophy of providing individualized care to our patients.

We've also noticed that our patient base expanded in the last year to include more Harford and Cecil County residents. To be able to better serve our patients, we've been working on renovating new office space in Bel Air - renovations and inspections are complete and we're starting to see patients out of Bel Air on Tuesdays (and will likely expand our days to respond to demand).

Dr. Patel sees patients out of our Union Memorial and Towson locations. Dr. Sohn sees patients out of our Union, Towson and Bel Air locations.
