days it’s a reset.Some days it’s a small win.
It might be a quiet moment to yourself.
It might be stepping away, even briefly, to breathe and regroup.
It might be choosing yourself in a way no one else notices.

That still counts.

Caring for yourself doesn’t have to be big or visible to matter. The small, consistent choices are what restore you, ground you, and carry you forward.

Whatever that looks like for you, it’s valid.
And when you need support beyond those moments, we’re here.

March is both Women’s History Month and Social Work Month, a time to recognize the women whose leadership continues to shape healthcare.

Within our village, women are not only serving — they are leading. Women sit at the top of our leadership structure, guiding vision, strategy, and the work that strengthens the people and families we serve every day. Today, our COO is featured, and her leadership reflects this reality. Her visionary leadership, deep community commitment, and relentless advocacy for culturally competent mental health services truly embody what it means to lead with purpose.

Leadership in this field requires empathy, innovation, and a deep commitment to equity in care. Every day, women across the profession are advancing culturally responsive services, challenging stigma, and ensuring that mental health support reaches the people who need it most.

Stopping the stigma doesn’t start with a speech. It starts with honesty.

Support isn’t about how smart you are, how educated you are, or how much you make. Life shifts, and what we need shifts with it. Sometimes it’s weekly. Sometimes it’s monthly. Sometimes it’s just knowing you have a space to go back to.

Taking care of you is part of taking care of your life. No explanations needed. And if you need that support, we’re here.

NoStigmas

Today, as we recognize Women’s History Month, we’re highlighting our very own medical director, Dr. Bethanne Moore, MD. Her approach to care reflects what people deserve from their provider—thoughtful, attentive, and centered on the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Her work begins with truly understanding each client’s experience. Through comprehensive evaluations, careful collaboration, and consistent follow-ups, she ensures treatment is safe, effective, and aligned with the full picture of your life—not just your symptoms.

Dr. Moore works with the care team, taking time to listen, adjust, and guide the process, she helps clients move forward in a way that supports stability, progress, and preservation of self.

This is what premier care looks like—where expertise meets compassion and people feel supported every step of the way.

Today, as we recognize Women’s History Month and , we’re highlighting our very own Dr. Bethanne, who leads medication management. Her approach to care reflects what people deserve from their provider—thoughtful, attentive, and centered on the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Her work begins with truly understanding each client’s experience. Through comprehensive evaluations, careful prescribing, and consistent follow-ups, she ensures medication is safe, effective, and aligned with the full picture of someone’s life—not just their symptoms.

Medication can be one tool in care, but it is never the whole story. By working closely with the care team and taking time to listen, adjust, and guide the process, she helps clients move forward in a way that supports stability, progress, and preservation of self.

This is what premier care looks like—where expertise meets compassion and people feel supported every step of the way.

Social workers are the bridge between systems, services, and the people who need them most.

Every day they help individuals and families navigate stress, crisis, and recovery through compassionate care, skill-building support, medication management, and coordinated services.

Our social workers strengthen villages — meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with stability and support.

This National Social Work Month, we recognize the professionals who make that work possible.
