Today, on my birthday, I’m closing the café doors — but not the brand.

Simply Plain Jane Café will be closing today as I step away for a year to grieve, heal, and get back to me.
In October, I lost my son — and this season requires my full heart, my full attention, and my full self.

This is not goodbye.
This is a pause with purpose.

We will be rebranding, rebuilding, and preparing for a bigger, better return in a new location. During this time, we’ll maintain a strong online presence, refreshed websites, and continued offerings through our digital spaces.

To everyone who has supported us over the years — our community, our customers, our family — thank you. Your love, loyalty, and encouragement have carried us further than you’ll ever know.

Please continue this journey with us.
We are still here.
We are still growing.
We are simply transforming.
