How should you prevent issues and look after your eyes during Spring?

Waking up to blurry vision can seem like something temporary. It usually is. However, there are cases in which it is a symptom that your eye health needs attention.

Some of its most common causes are:

✔ Dry eyes (tear production is lower during the nights).
✔ Allergens or discomfort agents on pillows and bedsheets.
✔ Sleeping while wearing contact lenses.

Spending too much time in front of screens can lead to temporary vision discomfort that affects our well-being.
