Spending too much time in front of screens can lead to temporary vision discomfort that affects our well-being.

🔍 Frequent symptoms:
- Dry or irritated eyes
- Blurry vision

👉 We blink less while looking at screens. While a normal blinking frequency can be 15 times per minute, it can go as low as half, making dryness and eye fatigue more frequent.

Cold, wind, and heated environments can affect our eyes much more than we can imagine. That is why we share these tips:

👁️ Prevent ocular dryness: using artificial tears and ventilating rooms can keep our eyes hydrated.

🧣 Protect your eyes from cold and wind: wear protection and sunglasses while outdoors to avoid exposure.

🕶️ Do not forget there’s sun even during winter. Choose sunglasses that block at least 99% of all UV rays.
