She has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families who are experiencing challenges with various behavioral and mental health crises.
She is a trauma informed therapist who provides individual, family and group therapy for children, adolescents and adults, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness practices.
