❤️ February is Heart Health Month!

Our PCC telehealth team, alongside Bretta Kittrell, FNP from Bamberg Family Practice, visited seniors at the Bamberg County Office on Aging to talk heart health and prevention and provided blood pressure checks.

We also demonstrated the telehealth cart available on-site — giving seniors a convenient way to connect with a provider close to home.
