Sunday mornings often bring beautiful light that shines through our 4th-story windows at Spiral Studio. Join Sarah on Sunday, December 21st for a special Solstice-themed Spiral Flow Yoga class from 10:30 to noon.
Every Sunday we move and breathe for 90 minutes as we connect with ourselves and our practice. One participant described how she feels after class (like she just had a full-body massage), noting that if we were in Portland, this class would be packed.
She also noted that when she doesn't come to class she doesn't realize what she is missing, but then she remembers. It can be difficult to stay motivated, even when we know how good yoga--and embodied movement more generally--makes us feel.
