Remembering my Dad today, he was so proud of my accomplishments. He loved to refer to me as an Herbologist after I graduated. He passed 4 years ago today, on Earth day. He loved the outdoors, we would spend a lot of time on adventures together hiking various trails with family and pups. We all miss him 💙🙏🏻🦋🌙

I’ve been absent for a while, with good reason. I’ve taken time for myself and have decided it is time to get Blue back on the path. This book has been with me since 2015, it’s such an important resource to the apothecary. All of the wrinkles you see are because I went in after Buddy (one of my corgi’s) after he accidentally slipped and fell through a small rapid waterfall path. I ended up with two lingering marks on both my shins and a life lesson. Putting yourself before and for others is the most selfless thing one can do. This, one of my favorite college books was saturated in the cold mountain water. It’s metaphorical I suppose of the way life can make you feel. Even though it’s a bit wrinkled and been through the ringer it’s still in remarkably good shape all things considered. Time is everything. Healing, especially after significant loss takes time. Don’t let anyone dictate what that timeline should look like. 💙
