Holly’s Professional Cleaning is currently accepting applications for multiple expected openings for a commercial contract in Searsport. 40+ hours per week. 3 shifts per week (nights and weekends).

Successful applicants will have prior, proven commercial cleaning experience. Be reliable, at least 18 years of age with a valid driver license and of good moral character.

Meet Benjamin Goodman (Ben is fine), our new Business Development Manager—aka the commercial cleaning division’s master of handshakes, coffee-fueled networking, and spreadsheets that actually make sense.

After nearly a decade in banking (yes, a DECADE, most recently analyzing high-stakes commercial credit deals at Bangor Savings Bank), Ben decided it was time to switch gears. Instead of approving million-dollar loans, he’s now on a mission to close million-dollar cleaning contracts. Because let’s be honest: floors get way dirtier than balance sheets.

Before all that financial wizardry, Ben served our country as a Logistics Specialist in the U.S. Navy, then racked up hospitality awards at Hampton Inn faster than you can say “turn-down service.” (Seriously—Connie Award, Lighthouse Awards, Sales accolades—you name it, he won it.)
