Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp salted butter (raw A2/A2 if available)
• 1 cup soaked & dehydrated pecans
• 1 tsp salt (for toasting pecans)
• Pinch of salt (for base)
• 1 cup raw A2/A2 milk
• ¾ cup organic Grade B maple syrup
• 2 cups raw A2/A2 heavy cream
• 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

How to Make:
Step 1:
In a medium bowl, whisk together raw milk, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours or overnight.
